(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive campaign counsel service. • Preparing to launch the public phase of its third comprehensive fundraising campaign. • This campaign aims to inspire significant philanthropic support; elevate the university’s visibility; and galvanize current and prospective donors, alumni, faculty, staff, students, and community partners around a shared vision for the university’s future. • Creative and strategic partner with deep experience in higher education and/or mission-driven comprehensive fundraising campaigns to provide comprehensive campaign counsel, helping to ensure outcomes that inspire philanthropy and engagement across diverse audiences • Assess and enhance the current principal and transformational gift pipeline. • Advise on prospect strategy, prospect management, and resource alignment for top–level donors. • Provide strategies for sustaining campaign momentum and donor confidence during university leadership changes, including a presidential transition. • Support leadership and campaign volunteers in deepening principal gift engagement. • Recommend structures and rationales for making compelling cases for additional institutional investments and necessary one–time campaign costs. • Provide models and recommendations for coordinated campaign planning across schools, colleges, other fund–seeking units, and administrative divisions, as well as for streamlined collaboration across units. • Suggest policies, practices, and governance approaches that enable flexible and effective campaign management and adequate engagement of key University stakeholders.
