(1) Vendor needs to provide component content management provincial solution. The Clinical Knowledge and Content Management (CKCM) team is seeking a solution to manage clinical system content fragmentation and solve challenges in version control, standardization, and efficient content management. The solution should support the full lifecycle of clinical content from authoring to peer review to approval and publication. Request management is included. Authoring content: Authoring content demands significant effort, implementing standardized templates and robust management features including creation, versioning, approval, and retirement can dramatically improve efficiency. Content management: The solution will function as the central repository for all content, storing both finalized documents and in-progress drafts. Component management: The solution shall provide robust component management capabilities, including support for component libraries with type-specific schemas and configurable validation rules. Feedback and review: Efficiently requesting, receiving, and consolidating feedback is essential to the team's success and ability to scale work. Publishing content: The content management component of the solution will serve as the primary repository for storing and sharing all materials. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 13, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
