(1) Vendor needs to provide compliance tracking software and learning management system.– Provide an integrated Learning Management System (LMS) that can facilitate the creation and delivery of training and examination content.– Ability to access LMS application on mobile devices (either dedicated mobile app or mobile app web browser).– Ability to access Compliance Tracking application on mobile devices (either dedicated mobile app or mobile app web browser).– Centralized and automated compliance tracking across all departments of the authority– Streamlined internal and external audit processes.– Enabled proactive risk identification and management.– Seamless and comprehensive integration with existing and future enterprise systems (e.g. Learning Management Systems (LMS) to enable tracking of training and examination(2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on December 17, 2025.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than December 31, 2025.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
