DESCRIPTION
The Athletic Department requires a compliance software solution to assist with tracking and monitoring agency compliance requirements. The selected software must support agency administrators in ensuring that both the athletic department and student-athletes adhere to all relevant agency legislation, rules, and regulations.
The proposed solution should integrate with systems related to financial aid, academic progress toward degree, eligibility, recruiting, athletics personnel, and playing and practice seasons. Additionally, the software must function as a comprehensive data-collection system capable of generating required agency forms as well as user-created forms. The contract will span a period of four years.
