The contractor will also be expected to provide toolkit layout and design mock-ups, design templates for ongoing use, and guidance for platform selection (PDF, web, Excel, etc.).

The scope of services involves conducting a comprehensive review of best practices, developing a complete communities framework, and producing the toolkit itself. Close collaboration with the project manager and relevant staff is required to ensure effective project management and implementation. The contract duration is one year.
