(1) Vendor needs to provide complaint management software and implementation services.– Digital platform to manage the workflow of grievances and complaints where there is a cross–functional search and reference for such matters; information gathered and maintained is standardized; and reports and statistics can be generated.– System would allow union members and employees to bring forth grievances and complaints in a uniform approach and the ability to directly assign matters.– Maintaining all records related to union grievances and employee complaints that are reviewed and investigated by agency.– Records include detailed and confidential documentation such as statements, investigative notes, exhibits, correspondence, and reports.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 23,2026.(3) An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on February 17,2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
