The Maryland Judiciary seeks a vendor to provide a compensation data subscription tool that will enable benchmarking of compensation structures against local, regional, and national labor markets. This tool must offer access to a comprehensive database containing salary data across all industries, allowing for detailed analysis of compensation trends and best practices.
The solution should enable Judiciary staff to benchmark positions against similar public-sector entities, including state courts, public-sector roles, and comparable constitutional or statutory offices.
