The solution should enable Judiciary staff to benchmark positions against similar public-sector entities, including state courts, public-sector roles, and comparable constitutional or statutory offices. Ongoing access to the database and direct, independent use of data and reporting tools by Judiciary staff are required to inform fair, equitable compensation decisions. The initial contract period will be for one year.
