An organization in Illinois is seeking a qualified vendor to provide community video production services. The selected vendor will be responsible for producing and editing videos, each ideally ranging from 3 to 5 minutes, that highlight annual programming, events, networking opportunities, and both new and established businesses within the community.

The scope of work includes filming and editing a variety of footage, such as talking head–style interviews with agency staff and vendors discussing events and programs, as well as B-roll captured within the boundaries of the park and agency. These videos should emphasize the unique qualities of the business district, encouraging visitors and prospective business owners. The vendor may also be required to incorporate screen recordings of the agency's website and forms. All necessary filming and editing equipment, including cameras, audio and lighting equipment, and editing software, must be provided by the vendor. The final videos will be repurposed for distribution on social media platforms.
