Summary:
Seeking a Community Relations Manager to lead stakeholder engagement and outreach for construction projects in British Columbia.
(1) Vendor needs to provide community relations services. • Provide a Community Relations Manager that can provide the following services: Develops and implements engagement strategies for outreach to businesses and residents impacted by construction, as well as community groups and other key stakeholders. Regularly engages with businesses and residents along the alignment to understand concerns and issues, guides the development of solutions with stakeholders. Keeps informed about current and upcoming construction activities and potential impacts to businesses and residents along the alignment. Liaises between stakeholders and Project Contractors to relay information, respond to and resolve queries and complaints, manage emerging issues, and develop solutions to mitigate impacts. Develops and reviews communications materials and ensures consistency with the Project style guide, language and key messages. Leads the planning and logistics for community meetings, events, and public engagements. Represents the Project at community meetings, events, pop-ups and public engagements and fosters a collaborative approach that supports the success of the projects. Maintains the stakeholder management database, generates reports, and analyses engagement data. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 16, 2025.
