A Maryland Councilmember is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive community outreach support services. The selected vendor will serve as the primary liaison between the Councilmember’s office and the community, ensuring effective engagement and representation during various outreach activities.

Key responsibilities include staffing and representing the Councilmember at community events, particularly during evenings and weekends, and occasionally standing in for the Councilmember when needed. The vendor will coordinate and set up events, prepare talking points and remarks as required, and document activities with notes, audio, video, and photographs for use in social media and newsletters. All reporting will be directed to the communications director, chief of staff, and the Councilmember.
