(1) Vendor needs to provide community outreach, social media management, and marketing service. • Provide strategic communications, crisis communications, community outreach services including event support, social media management and marketing services for county on a task authorization basis. • Ensure all messaging, content creation, and public outreach efforts align with the county’s rebranding initiative and are coordinated through the county’s communications department to maintain a unified and centralized message across all platforms and engagements. • Strategically managing the sharing of information during a emergency situation or natural disaster while delivering clear, transparent, accurate, and timely messages to the public • Assist the County with continuity of marketing and brand voice and the types of content created, including video and/or photography. • Graphic digital design and video/drone production/photography as assigned. • Development of, and participation in, educational workshops with the County at various public events (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Dec 12, 2025.
