Responsibilities include updating the agency website with general and Council-related news, press releases, and other relevant content. The vendor will draft, edit, finalize, and send direct emails promoting Council actions through platforms such as Constant Contact, as well as prepare and post synopses of Council meeting agendas to the website and social media outlets.

Social media management duties span drafting, editing, and posting content with images for Council and general agency promotions across channels such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and Nextdoor. The vendor will also review and finalize departmental content for social channels and create supporting promotional materials including posters, flyers, handouts, graphics, and images. Additional tasks include drafting, editing, finalizing, and distributing press releases and media advisories, and managing department-specific website updates.
