(1) Vendor needs to provide community outreach project service. – Provide outreach to clinical programs that serve youth and young adults experiencing first episode psychosis, and to also more specifically focus training on Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) care and resources for outreach recipients. – Provide outreach and education, which can be on–site or virtual, at a minimum of 3 sites a month, totalling at least 36 a year. – Strategies to engage youth and young adults to utilize services. – Recovery goals that can be supported by services. – Provide vouchers to support access of youth and young adults to health services to support further evaluation and CSC referral and support. – Maintain CSC information and resources on a webpage that is easily accessible in the state who needs information on CSC services. (2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Pre–bid conference will be held on January 13, 2026.
