(1) Vendor needs to provide and prepare the immediate site, construct pavements, utilities, construct foundations, super–structure, metal siding and roofing, insulate the building, provide motor–operated insulated sectional garage doors, provide gas heat and ventilation, electrical power and lighting and a wet fire sprinkler system and obtain a certificate of occupancy to the government authority located in Oak Ridge, TN. (2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on January 8, 2026. (3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 12, 2026.
