(1) Vendor needs to provide community outreach and feasibility report service. • Provide services for the preparation of the city’s town center pedestrian bridge feasibility and community outreach program • Developing a project management plan, consolidating information to guide decision making, developing a community outreach plan, preparing a cost/benefit analysis, preparing design, structural, and permitting considerations, creating conceptual renderings, preparing a grant funding recommendation list, presenting findings to decision–making bodies, and finalizing the report and findings into a concise report. • Prepare a technical feasibility study or report for the location of a pedestrian bridge over the existing rail (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 15, 2025
