(1) Vendor needs to provide community outreach and application assistance services. Strengthen outreach and enrollment support, ensuring that eligible individuals and families receive critical public assistance benefits. Intended to incentivize continued enrollment and increase participation in safety net services. Identifying vulnerable members of the community that do not currently have but would benefit from safety net programs. Assist in efforts to increase overall participation. Submission of new applications for Medi-Cal, CalFresh. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 24, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
