(1) Vendor needs to provide community outreach and application assistance service. • Identifying vulnerable members of the community that do not currently have but would benefit from safety net programs • Assist current recipients with the full completion and submission of their renewal, recertification, mid–year Medi–Cal status report, or semiannual report. • Provide missing verifications that may have caused a recipient’s benefits to discontinue using the online portal. • Assist in efforts to increase overall participation in the programs.
