(1) Vendor needs to provide community outreach and advertising services. • Develop and execute an integrated marketing, communications and community engagement effort to increase the number of consumers enrolling in the agency’s Low–Cost Automobile Insurance Program (CLCA), Patient and Provider Protection Act (PPPA) and Life and Annuity Consumer Protection Program (LACPP). This effort should include regional, in–language and culturally–specific outreach, marketing and communications campaigns throughout the state. Outreach Plan for Community–Based Organizations (CBO), Government Entities, and CLCA Certified producers. Integrated Marketing and Advertising Production and Implementation. Develop a report identifying analytics and anecdotal evidence that illustrates the effectiveness of the ad placement’s engagement and relatability with targeted audiences. Virtual Evaluation Meetings. Provide monthly written report and documentation outlining planning, development, and measurable results, including enhancements. Annual Comprehensive Report. Questions must be submitted no later than February 11, 2026.
