The Office of the Cabinet Secretary is seeking a qualified service provider to enhance the Community Monitoring, Actionable Concerns Tracking System (CM–ACTS) web and mobile applications. The objective is to improve the CM–ACTS platform by introducing critical bug fixes and adding new features that elevate both user experience and overall system functionality.
Key enhancements include implementing a robust two-way communication mechanism between citizens and government offices, real-time web application notifications, and SMS notifications to Data Administrators and Focal Web Managers for new feedback submissions. The project also requires in-app notifications for users to receive updates on status changes and category reassignments, as well as the capability to attach supporting evidence, such as photos or documents, to submissions.
The selected development team will be responsible for modifying backend API services, the web application, and iOS and Android mobile applications to ensure seamless integration and consistent functionality across the platform. Additionally, a role-based access control feature will be introduced, restricting Focal Web Managers to access only the data relevant to their assigned Ministry or Office.
