Vendor needs to provide community infant and maternal health event coordinator service. Coordinate with clinical partners to ensure staff are present at baby shower events to provide real–time assistance, answer questions, and facilitate direct connections to services. Emphasize warm handoffs by supporting on–site scheduling of appointments, introductions to clinic staff, and immediate linkage to prenatal, postpartum, paediatric, behavioural health, or family planning services, as appropriate. Design and disseminate culturally appropriate promotional materials targeting communities using multiple platforms, including print, social media, and community networks. Conduct targeted outreach through community health workers, schools, churches, and partner organizations. Coordinate on–site setup and event execution, including registration, partner booths, food, and activities. Distribute essential infant and maternal supplies. Collect participant data and feedback using paper and digital tools to capture attendance, specific demographics, satisfaction, and service needs that show outcomes increasing linkages to prenatal/postpartum care.
