(1) Vendor needs to provide community identity strategy service. – Develop a comprehensive Community Brand and Identity Strategy that would build upon existing visual elements (logo, colours) and authentically reflect the agency heritage, culture, and future vision. – Community Engagement to inform the brand’s vision, goals, and messaging. – Recommendations for visual identity alignment, including updates to the slogan or tagline. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 7, 2026.
