(1) Vendor needs to provide community engagement platform. – Responsible for providing the services to successfully implement their proposed Community Engagement Platform. – The Supplier shall provide a Solution which meets or exceeds the agency’s requirements to assist the agency in delivering a user–friendly, versatile, and engaging experience for both the public and internal agency administrators. – Provide the on–going licensing, maintenance, and support services for the Solution. – The Solution shall be fully web–based and hosted by the Supplier, including all data storage and traffic needs, and all related security, support, and maintenance. – All data, servers, back–ups, and related infrastructure required to host the Solution shall be located exclusively within Canada or the United States. – The Solution shall be accessible through all common end–user devices (including but not limited to; computers, tablets, and smartphones), while utilizing all Commonly Available Browser Interfaces (including but not limited to; Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Apple Safari, and Firefox), without requiring the installation of any additional clients, plug–ins, or add–ons. – The Solution shall be mobile–friendly and be able to be viewed with a full and consistent experience across all common mobile devices (including iOS and Android) without limitation, including all accessibility features and settings. – The Solution must provide secure user access through Multi–Factor Authentication (MFA), or Single–Sign On (SSO) through Azure Active Directory (AD) Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) integration. – The Solution must allow non–technical staff to create and edit content on project pages in a user–friendly manner without the need for staff to have coding skills. – The Solution must allow public users to share information and respond to topics, posts, and polls either as an anonymous guest or through a registered account. – The Solution must have the ability to provide sta
