Vendor needs to provide community engagement manager service. – Affiliations or business relationships with the City officers, or certain family members or business relationships. – For the Community Engagement Manager require expertise in helping communities access funding and financing to implement water infrastructure projects and solutions. – The Community Engagement Manager will facilitate coordination amongst multiple parties and contractors as it relates to projects and financing involving the City’s water projects.
