A government authority in California is seeking a consultant to provide comprehensive community engagement services. The selected consultant will develop a detailed Community Engagement Plan, building upon a previous Trust-Building Campaign. Responsibilities include identifying key target populations and geographic focus areas, as well as cultivating and maintaining relationships with cultural and faith-based leaders, seniors, youth organizations, and advocacy groups.

The consultant will plan and execute events such as pop-ups, roundtables, listening sessions, and workshops in culturally relevant venues. Coordination with community partners to co-host or participate in existing events is required. A comprehensive digital media strategy must also be implemented, featuring multilingual content calendars, influencer campaigns, and digital engagement tools. Key team roles for the project include a Community Outreach Lead, Community Outreach Support staff, a Media and Digital Strategist, and a Data and Evaluation Analyst, who will track engagement metrics and support ongoing improvements to community outreach initiatives.
