Information and insights gathered from these engagement sessions will directly inform the consultant’s reports and recommendations. Additionally, the consultant will prepare materials summarizing each engagement session for publication on the city’s website.

The selected consultant will also advise on financial strategies related to the management of settlement funds, including recommending investment options to maximize earnings during the engagement process and over the long term. Deliverables include a comprehensive community engagement plan and outreach materials, a financial strategy report outlining fund management and release procedures, and a proposed framework for adoption by the city council. This framework should reflect community feedback, priorities, and project ideas, as well as align with legal requirements and long-term financial goals.
