(1) Vendor needs to provide community centre architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Michigan. – This vendor will not only work with the selected Architect / Engineer on the design, but also assist in the development of project costs and final contractor selection. – Community Center – Estimated construction costs: $35,000,000 (including contingency) • 60,000 +/- square foot building • Recreation Offices • Gymnasium • Locker Rooms • Fitness Center • Natatorium, including possible slide, play equipment, and other amenities. • Meeting Rooms • Birthday / Party Room(s) • Prep Kitchen • Audio / Visual components • Outside field / courts • Civil related site work (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 17, 2025.
