The government authority in New Hampshire seeks a vendor to deliver community-based voluntary support services to moderate and high-risk families. The core objective is to strengthen family protective factors, ensure child safety, and prevent further agency involvement by providing support, intensive case management, and service coordination.

The vendor will orient families to the Community Based Voluntary Support (CBVS) program, fostering rapport and encouraging engagement with stabilization supports and participation in service planning. All services are to be provided using the evidence-based Motivational Interviewing model, maintaining fidelity and ongoing training throughout the contract. Services target families recently assessed for abuse or neglect, identified as moderate or high risk, but who did not receive a court finding and are suitable for community intervention.
