The government authority in California is seeking a vendor to provide community banking and qualified depository services. The selected firm will serve as a public depository, maintaining a deposit relationship that supports the agency’s financial management needs while advancing the strategic goal of placing funds with community-based financial institutions.
The scope of services includes limited treasury and cash management support necessary for the administration, access, and movement of deposited funds. Key responsibilities encompass account setup and implementation, community depository services, deposit administration, balance management, limited treasury and payment services, reporting and audit support, and ensuring the security, compliance, and safeguarding of funds. Relationship management and accountability are also integral to this engagement.
The anticipated contract will span five years, with all vendor questions due by June 1, 2026.
