California is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive communications support services. The selected provider will be responsible for the design and production of custom outreach, communication, and educational materials intended to engage and inform a diverse set of audiences throughout the state.

The scope of services includes graphic design, videography, video narration, photography, and translation of materials into languages such as English, Spanish, Washoe, and others as needed. Vendors are expected to deliver both print-ready designs (excluding actual document printing) and digital communications materials, tailored to the specifications provided through ongoing, documented collaboration with state representatives.

The aim of this project is to ensure that key messages and educational content reach California’s varied populations in culturally and linguistically appropriate ways.
