The City is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive communications support services on an ongoing retainer basis. The selected contractor will collaborate closely with city staff to plan, develop, and distribute communications content that aligns with the city's voice, priorities, and community values.

The scope of services includes website content management, social media management, and support for the city's digital newsletter. The contractor will participate in quarterly communications planning meetings and provide photography and videography services for city events, programs, and feature content. Graphic design services for special projects, campaigns, and materials outside the standard scope will also be required, along with writing and editing services for reports, speeches, and press releases.

Consistent and structured project management is expected throughout the engagement to ensure effective communication strategies and timely delivery of all materials.
