(1) Vendor needs to provide communications support service. – Agency is seeking a consultant to contract for Communication Support regarding Council activities, legislation, community stories, citywide programs, and collaborations with other offices. – Proposer would progress the agency's communications strategy, increase the reach to constituents, develop more informative products, and strengthen the progressive legislative agenda with strategic messaging. • Weekly or bi–weekly deliverables: – Photo stills and photo archiving using Flickr – Storyboarding – Short videos for social media consisting of 2D motion graphic animation, previews with frame.io, scripted councilor messages, portraiture, interviews, b–roll, aerial cinematography, event coverage, or edited clips from Council meetings and/or news media – Design templates (Adobe) – Graphics designed for Instagram, Bluesky and email – Weekly email newsletters – Press releases – News media pitches – Talking points, scripts and speeches – Setup for press conferences (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 16, 2025.
