Vendor needs to provide communications services for independent international scientific panel on artificial intelligence and launch their first report. • Secure high–credibility, high–impact global visibility and accurate understanding of the AI governance mechanisms, • Comprehensive strategic communications foundation to support accurate, consistent, and timely public communications throughout the contract period. • Development of a core message framework, a master Q&A and issues–management pack, and narrative guidance addressing high–sensitivity topics such as independence, legitimacy, and scope of the Panel. • Design and execute two full global media operations: one for the January 2026 establishment of the Panel and one for the July 2026 launch of the Panel’s first annual report. • Prepare a complete cleared media kit including press release text, media advisory, short– and long–form explainers, factsheet, Q&A, quotes bank, spokesperson talking points, narrative clarification sheet, visual and asset guidance, and partner dissemination copy. • Reach and support accurate public interpretation by engaging newsletters, podcasts, and relevant online communities where AI governance and technology debates take place.
