Vendor needs to provide communications services. - Provide professional public relations and community information services in connection with this year's budget development process and eventual proposed budget. - Ensure clear, consistent, and factual communication with all stakeholders throughout the planning, pre–vote, and post–vote phases of the budget process. - Strategic counsel and message development, including budget–related communications. - Participation in frequent meetings with the superintendent and district–level administration. - Increase public understanding of the proposed budget and the educational and financial implications. - Support consistent, clear, and transparent messaging across all communications platforms. - Facilitate community awareness and engagement through multiple outreach channels. - Assist in issue and crisis management - Media relations - Attend scheduled board meetings - Provide additional communications consulting–related assistance as requested by the superintendent or board of education.
