DESCRIPTION

A communications and multimedia services project is seeking a qualified vendor to provide expertise in managing communication, outreach, and related multimedia services. Requirements include website hosting, design, technical support, and mobile app design, development, and maintenance. Vendors will also be responsible for social media engagement, digital outreach, and website content and outreach material development.

The scope further encompasses communication and public outreach support, awareness and recruitment campaigns for hard-to-fill positions, as well as graphic design, branding, video production, photography, podcast production, audio editing, media buying, and outreach placement. Additional activities include employer outreach, email campaigns, data collection for contact information, and providing campaign analytics and performance tracking. Multilingual and culturally responsive outreach materials may be required. The contract period will be for one year with the possibility of additional services as needed.
