(1) Vendor needs to provide communications, marketing, and evaluation services.– Agency seeks proposals from firms with expertise in strategic communications planning, multilingual outreach, marketing, internal/external communication strategy, digital engagement, and organizational evaluation.– The goal of this work is to produce clear, actionable tools and priorities for immediate implementation, and recommendations for strategic investments to build family and staff engagement and student enrollment in an increasingly noisy digital environment and highly competitive education market.• Communications & Marketing Audit– Staffing analysis and benchmarking – Review of current tools, systems, branding, crisis communication – Marketing and enrollment strategy review – Multilingual communications evaluation• Strategic Recommendations & Roadmap– Develop a 3–5–year communications & marketing plan (including budget and timeline) – Brand and messaging alignment – Marketing and outreach recommendations• Website Redesign & Social Media Modernization– Full digital audit, plan and framework – Social media audit and strategy – Accessibility compliance review• Implementation Support– Marketing and communications campaign development – Staff/Board training– Media relations support(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 30, 2026(3) The contract period will be for one year.
