DESCRIPTION
A vendor is sought to provide a comprehensive suite of communications, marketing, and advertising services. Key responsibilities include strategic marketing or outreach consultation, strategic communications planning, crisis communications, media relations, public relations, and media training. The vendor will also deliver technical services such as media production, which may involve copywriting, design and print production, photography, logo creation, video, and radio slot development.
Additional requirements include providing web-based applications—this may extend to website design and maintenance, as well as the creation and management of social networking accounts across various platforms. Research-based services may also be requested, either as individual components or as part of an integrated campaign. The vendor should offer media buying services, including media planning, rate and opportunity negotiation, purchasing, placement, transaction management, verification, reconciliation, and outcome measurement in concert with designated project liaisons. The contract is expected to have a one-year duration.
