The Province of British Columbia is inviting qualified suppliers to submit responses for inclusion on a Preferred Vendor List to provide communications, engagement, and creative services. Selected vendors may support a range of service categories, including digital marketing, photography and videography, public engagement, and facilitation.

Digital marketing services include strategic campaign planning, social media strategy and content development, website content creation and optimization, paid media planning, as well as digital advertising and analytics. Photography and videography services encompass event coverage, corporate and environmental portraits, editorial storytelling, video production (including animated educational videos), and digital editing for various platforms.

Public engagement services require the development of engagement plans, facilitation of both in-person and virtual public outreach based on the International Association of Public Participation (IAP2) spectrum, content development, use of corporate engagement tools, and the analysis and reporting of public and stakeholder input. Facilitation services involve professional support for workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder meetings, including agenda development, creation of facilitation plans, post-session summarization, and neutral third-party moderation.

Interested vendors may apply for one or multiple service categories. The contract period is set for three years, and all inquiries must be submitted by January 2, 2026. This opportunity is a non-binding Request for Qualification.
