A vendor is sought to provide communications, education, and outreach plan services focused on traffic safety in Arkansas. The selected organization will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communications and outreach initiative aimed at enhancing public awareness and engagement around traffic safety issues.

Key tasks include managing the overall project, gathering and synthesizing community input, and developing a strategic communications plan for multi-channel distribution. The scope of work will involve designing, collecting, and analyzing community surveys; organizing stakeholder focus groups; and providing pop-up outreach at events. Additionally, the vendor will create guidelines and produce both print and digital resources, culminating in a 12-month communications plan to ensure effective dissemination. The contract will be for a one-year period.
