A comprehensive communications data analysis solution is sought for use in Washington, DC, capable of ingesting and visualizing a range of data types for mapping and case analysis. The solution must support the integration of historical cellular records, real-time location-based services, PRTT from cellular providers, geolocation information from social media companies, and tracking data from GPS-enabled devices. Additionally, the system should be able to merge this data with cell tower information and visually represent both the primary and surrounding cell towers, allowing users to easily include or exclude other provider tower data as needed.
The desired product must also be able to collect and visualize radio frequency (RF) signal strength across a range of 10 MHz to 8.5 GHz and 17 GHz to 53 GHz from cellular providers and Wi-Fi, supporting drive tests and cellular network surveys. The solution should capture all broadcast channels simultaneously from all relevant technologies and carriers, including GSM, UMTS, LTE, NR, CDMA, EVDO, and Wi-Fi, irrespective of the deployment location. Functionality must include continuous measurement and display of this data at intervals of 2–3 seconds, both indoors and outdoors, with the ability to log the user’s route for breadcrumb tracking. Furthermore, drive test data, cell tower information, and call detail records should be illustrated within the mapping and case analysis platform.
This opportunity covers a contract period of one year.
