The selected vendor will provide comprehensive communications consulting services, including staff development, support for bond referendums, crisis management, social media management, and website services for participating entities. Web hosting is to be offered only in conjunction with website maintenance services. The contractor is expected to consult, develop strategies, and offer guidance on all aspects of public relations, communications, and website development, maintenance, and hosting as needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining active relationships with media outlets to ensure consistent coverage at both regional and national levels, assisting in the creation and implementation of coordinated communications strategies, and executing strategic action plans for effective communication. Additional duties involve the design, research, writing, courier services, and production of newsletters, brochures, and special publications for the participating school districts. Proof of professional errors and omissions insurance, as well as proof of workers compensation, is required. The contract is set for a one-year period.

All vendor questions regarding the proposal must be submitted by April 16, 2026.
