This RFP seeks a communications consultant to support the enhancement of program communications for a mission-driven organization in Illinois. The selected vendor will conduct an audit of current communications materials, including the website, brochures, presentation templates, newsletters, and press releases, to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

The consultant will update key communications collateral to reflect refined messaging and branding, ensuring that materials such as the website, fact sheets, and templates meet accessibility standards. Additionally, the vendor will develop a comprehensive brand and messaging guide summarizing approved messaging, visual identity, and usage guidelines.

A brief staff training session will be required to teach staff how to apply the new materials and maintain brand consistency. The project also includes reviewing existing strategic plans, mission and vision statements, and communications strategies to assure alignment with organizational goals.
