A public agency in California is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive communications and public relations consulting services. The scope of work includes planning, implementing, and evaluating public relations activities and messaging in multiple languages, such as English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Tagalog, and Chinese (Traditional and Simplified), with additional languages as needed.

The selected consultant may assist with or lead the facilitation of communication events, press tours, and workshops involving high-profile stakeholders, including the Surgeon General. Responsibilities include developing strategies and creative implementation plans for both virtual and in-person press tours related to agency initiatives. The consultant will be expected to create scripts, radio reads, and sponsored content for speaking engagements, as well as provide concept feedback and production support for studio or on-location events.

Additionally, the consulting services involve developing and executing crisis management and rapid response strategies. This includes monitoring news and social media, reporting significant findings, and crafting key messages in response to breaking news, social media activity, or the release of new research and data.
