(1) Vendor needs to provide communications and public relations consulting services.– Planning, implementing, and evaluating public relations activities and messaging in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Tagalog, Chinese (Traditional and Simplified), and other languages as needed– May assist or take lead in facilitating communication events, press tours, and workshops that may include the Surgeon General and other internal and external stakeholders.– Develop strategy, creative, and implementation plan for virtual and in–person press tours related to the initiatives.– Create scripts, radio reads, or sponsored content for speaking events, including providing feedback on concept and staffing on–studio or on location productions and events.– Producing crisis management and rapid response strategies, including: monitoring, reporting, and suggesting key messages in preparation of breaking news, social medial posts, or new research/data.(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 12, 2025.
