The State of Nebraska is seeking a qualified vendor to provide communications and public involvement services under a three-year contract. The selected vendor will support agency projects by delivering public involvement (PI) services, including pre-construction and construction outreach, and creating materials for public meetings such as presentations, documents, and fact sheets.
