(1) Vendor needs to provide communications and public involvement services.– Provide public involvement (PI) support services for agency projects– Pre–construction and construction outreach– Public Meeting Presentations, Documents, and Fact Sheets– Displays including but not limited to renderings, animations, maps, etc.– Communications Division special projects such as Department initiatives, social media planning, writing, special event logistics and execution (2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 10, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
