– Vendor needs to provide communications and outreach support service. – 2026 launch strategy and implementation. – Knowledge management and content creation. – Partnership and outreach. – Media relations, monitoring, and impact reporting. – A global audience of policymakers, practitioners, researchers, volunteers, and the media. – This includes designing the strategy for the subsequent regional roll–out of the report, as well as uptake among policymakers. – Develop and execute the comprehensive global communication, outreach, and dissemination plan for the SWVR 2026. – Translate the complex research and policy findings, including the Global Index of Volunteer Engagement (GIVE), into accessible and engaging content like policy briefs, op–eds, and human–interest stories. – Identify key stakeholders and partners, prioritizing policymakers’ dissemination and prepare relevant engagement approach and materials.
