The State of North Carolina is seeking qualified vendors to provide on-call communication, public relations, and strategic advisory services. The selected firms will support the state in a range of areas, including strategic communication planning, campaign and issues management, crisis communication planning, and the preparation of communication strategies tailored to a variety of audiences.
Services will encompass the development and production of branded materials, printing, media placement, graphic design, video production, and the creation of collateral to advance project goals. Vendors will be responsible for copywriting and messaging for digital and print mediums, including web content, social media, blog posts, presentations, and talking points for both internal and external audiences. Social media services may include campaign creation, ad development, and influencer coordination across multiple channels, leveraging both organic and paid strategies.
In addition, all communication outputs are required to meet accessibility and ADA compliance standards, ensuring that digital content, documents, and media are inclusive and accessible to all populations. Media relations services will also be critical, involving outreach, press material development, interview coordination, ongoing engagement, and spokesperson preparation.
