An organization based in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced vendor to provide comprehensive communication, public relations, and marketing services. The selected vendor will be responsible for developing new messaging, updating the organization's website, creating new marketing materials, and working collaboratively with leadership and communications staff to effectively engage and reach new audiences.

The scope of work includes website design, videography, graphic design, messaging development, media outreach, and marketing initiatives. The ideal partner should demonstrate a proven track record in media relations and high-stakes communications, possess exceptional writing and editing skills, and have experience working directly with senior leadership. Additionally, the selected vendor must be able to serve as a trusted advisor, maintain discretion and confidentiality, and also execute deliverables efficiently.

The duration of the contract will be for one year.
