A qualified communication consultant is sought to design and lead a campaign that highlights humanitarian initiatives in Syria. The consultant will begin by reviewing secondary sources that outline the current humanitarian needs and operational dynamics in Syria, ensuring a thorough contextual understanding of the intervention efforts led by the Organization and its members. This review will be complemented by an analysis of internal documents related to specific initiatives addressing the ongoing crisis.

The consultant will conduct interviews with Organization members and other humanitarian actors in Syria, collecting personal insights, stories, and tangible examples of positive project impacts. Based on these findings, the consultant will be responsible for crafting, designing, and producing a series of communication materials that effectively convey the necessity of the Organization's initiatives and share narratives of success.

Finally, the consultant will design and implement a focused communication campaign to distribute these materials across the Organization's social media channels, relevant online platforms, and through direct communication to humanitarian stakeholders in Syria and internationally.
