Vendor needs to provide communication consultant service. Review secondary sources that provide an overview of humanitarian needs and current dynamics in Syria, to contextualise the intervention by the Organization and its members (1 day). Review documents and materials about the initiative developed by the Organization to support the humanitarian response in Syria and about specific projects implemented by Organization Members in that context (1 day). Interview members of the Organization as well as humanitarian actors in Syria to gather insights, stories and examples of how the projects are contributing to improving the humanitarian response to the ongoing crisis (3 days). Write, design and produce a series of communication materials that tell a compelling story about the need for Organization intervention in Syria and the positive impact of the projects implemented by Organization Members (3 days). Design and lead a small communication campaign to disseminate the communication materials through Organization social media accounts and other relevant platforms, as well as direct communication to humanitarian actors in Syria and at the global level (2 days). All questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2025.
