Vendor needs to provide common operating picture platform. – Providing the design, implementation and support of a common operating platform. – Design, implement, and maintain a multi–source common operating platform that will serve as a centralized, integrated system for citywide operations. – Platform will consolidate data from multiple departments, enhance interdepartmental communication, improve situational awareness, and support data–driven decision–making. – Establish a secure, scalable, and interoperable platform to support city operations. – Integrate disparate systems. – Enable real–time data sharing across departments. – Efficiently display content from multiple sources (e.g. assets, mapping layers, video, weather). – Provide dashboards, analytics, and reporting to support city leadership, department managers, and frontline staff. – Improve citizen engagement through accessible, consistent, and timely information. – Establish contract agreement for the purchase, implementation, support and renewal of proposed common operating platform. All questions must be submitted no later than February 25, 2026. A non–mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on February 23, 2026.
