The State of Missouri is seeking a qualified vendor to design, implement, and provide ongoing support for a citywide Common Operating Picture (COP) platform. This platform will serve as a centralized, integrated system that consolidates data from multiple city departments to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
Key responsibilities include the design, deployment, and maintenance of a secure, scalable, and interoperable platform capable of integrating disparate systems. The platform must support real-time data sharing, efficient display of multi-source content such as assets, mapping layers, video feeds, and weather information, as well as provide intuitive dashboards, advanced analytics, and reporting tools tailored for city leadership, department managers, and frontline staff.
Additionally, the solution should promote improved communication, situational awareness, and citizen engagement by delivering accessible and timely information. The contract will cover the purchase, implementation, support, and renewal services for the proposed platform. Interested vendors should note key dates for questions and the pre-bid conference as outlined.
