(1) Vendor needs to provide commissioning engineer services to the government authority located in Frankfort, KY.– Develop a project specific Cx Plan (envelope, plumbing, mechanical, electrical).– In collaboration with design team and construction manager determine construction mock ups to be required and evaluated.– Detail testing that will be performed and reported for envelope and building systems.– Ensure alignment with Owner Project Requirements.– Verify specifications include maintenance requirements.– Provide testing acceptance matrix updates.– Monitor testing activities.– Review testing reports.– Document testing outcomes, deficiencies, follow ups, and recommendations.
