A government authority in Pennsylvania is seeking qualified vendors to provide commissioning agent services on an as-needed basis. Services will focus on the commissioning of building envelope, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with an emphasis on engineering expertise.

Commissioned systems include mechanical components such as HVAC&R equipment, digital controls (DDC or BAS), domestic hot water systems, pumps, lighting controls (including occupancy/vacancy sensors and daylighting controls), and photovoltaic/renewable energy systems. All vendor questions pertaining to the RFP must be submitted by March 13, 2026, and a pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 16, 2026.
